Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 171 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 452, 379, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. At the dead of night, accused persons entered into the house and started assaulting the informant and his son. When wife came in rescue, it is alleged that the petitioner made attempt to outrage her modesty by untying her sari. Learned counsel submits that on a trivial issue, the incident is caused. The allegation is general in nature. The informant received simple scratch injury.

On going through the F.I.R. and the impugned order, it

It also appears that in course of investigation, the witnesses have supported the allegation. Considering the aforesaid, the prayer for anticipatory bail made on behalf of the petitioner is rejected.
