KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Alauli P.S. Case No.194 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 308 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioners having variously armed attacked and assaulted informant and his family members. They also took away one box and a attache containing clothes, ornaments and cash of Rs.20,000/-.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27913 of 2018(2) dt.09-05-2018 2/2 It has been contended on behalf of the petitioners that they are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. For a petty offence this case has been registered. Injuries caused are simple in nature. Now the parties have compromised their dispute.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria, in Alauli P. S. Case No. 194 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
