2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 34, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner took gold loan from the bank by mortgaging his old jewellery and thereafter, did not pay the loan. When loan of the informant became nonperforming asset and bank tried to re-evaluate the value of his gold for auction, they found the jewellery of informant to be fake.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner took gold loan on 19.01.2017 after completing the due

He further submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as, due to his financial condition, he was unable to pay the loan. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature and seriousness of allegation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
