It has been submitted that in para - 1 of order dated 12.04.2018 passed in this case, Sections 304(B), 201 and 34, appears to have inadvertently been mentioned. In para - 2, in stead of complaint it has been mentioned as F.I.R and similarly the case arises out of complaint case but the condition has been mentioned as per the police station case..

In view of the above, the sections 304(B), 201 and 34 mentioned in para 1 in the order dated 12.04.2018 shall be treated to be deleted and F.I.R mentioned in first line of para be also read as Complaint as well as the condition that "the petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and make himself available as and when required by the police and on the event of failure on his
