JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-08-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with UdaKishunganj P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019, dated 22.01.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 419, 420, 120(B) and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears from the F.I.R. that one Rahul Kumar realized money from investors under the name of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited Group, which ultimately was found to be an organization formed only to defraud people. The concerned private banking company was opened by Rahul Kumar and the petitioner has only been shown in the F.I.R. to have assisted aforesaid Rahul Kumar.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26155 of 2019(3) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that aforesaid Rahul Kumar has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order 15.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31723 of 2019.

The petitioner is said to be in custody since 23.01.2019.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner/Md. Firoz Alam is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Uda-Kishunganj P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019.
