Petitioner is accused in connection with G.O. Case No. 88 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.06.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction
