2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2024 dated 06.09.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(2) and 61(2) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that on 05.09.2024 at 7:00 AM, a panchayat meeting was held to resolve a land dispute running in between the informant's family and one, namely, Rajeshwar Rai, in which ten accused persons, including the petitioners assaulted the informant, his father and

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is land dispute between the parties. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners have no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 06.01.2025. The co-accused person has already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 18.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8285 of 2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners and submitted that as per post-mortem report, the cause of death of the deceased is due to cardio respiratory failure.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with

Case No. 156 of 2024, with the condition:- (i) The petitioners are directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioners are liable to be cancelled.
