1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. On query of the Court with regard to the stage of the case, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he tried to contact the petitioner and he contacted him also but the petitioner was not able to satisfy him with regard to the stage of the case, as such, he is not a position to apprise the Court with regard to the present status of the case.

3. The learned APP for the State submits that the present quashing application has been filed seeking quashing of the order by which discharge application was rejected by order dated 06.09.2017, it is next submitted that much water has

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned APP for the State, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.
