This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 36821 of 2017. It has been submitted that petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but they could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time since the petitioners were suffering from Jaundice.

In such circumstances, this modification application is allowed to the extent that time for surrender of the petitioners in the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the petitioners surrender in the court below, they will be released on same terms

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29135 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 12.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 36821 of 2017.

Let this order be communicated to the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 323 of 2016.
