2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118(1) , 74, 303 ( 2 ), 352, 351 ( 2 ) and 3(5) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted informant by fist on her mouth due to which she fell down on the ground. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Case and counter case .

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

5 . Considering the nature of injury , case and counter case and other circumstances of the case , of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of

No.27342 of 2025(3) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Nawada in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
