By the impugned order the learned court below has rejected the petition filed by the defendant-petitioner praying for rejection of plaint under Order 7, Rule 11 C.P.C. It appears from the records that the defendantpetitioner raised the issue of territorial jurisdiction and prayed for rejection of plaint on that ground. The learned court below after considering the averments made in the plaint has come to the conclusion that there is no lack of territorial jurisdiction for entertaining the present suit.
This Court does not find that there is any error or material illegality in passing the impugned order, the revision
