Lastly, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 07.09.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 34964 of 2022. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that though, in this case, charge has already been framed, but till date not a single witness has been examined by the prosecution and petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2020.

Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -
