JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 14-03-2016 This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner praying therein to direct the Court below to hear the case of the petitioner as soon as possible and further, for a direction to the Court below to give judgment according to law.

Since there is no order before this Court, this Court cannot exercise judicial supervision over all the cases pending before the Court below. The jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is supervisory jurisdiction and not the original jurisdiction of the High Court.

In such circumstances, for the relief claimed by the petitioner, this writ application under Article 227 of the Constitution is not maintainable.

Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
