1. Jitendra Kumar Son of Sri Kartik Saw Resident of Bishwashanti Chowk Hisua, P.S. Hisua, District - Nawada .... .... Appellant/s

Versus

1. The State of Bihar .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Appellant/s : Mr. Rabi Bhushan Prasad No. 1 For the Respondent/s : Mr. Binay Krishna ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

I do not find any merit in this appeal for the reason that the allegations made in the First Information Report constitute offence under the provisions of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. In such circumstance, rejection of application for anticipatory bail by learned Special Judge cannot be said to be illegal requiring interference by this Court in the present appeal filed under Section 14A (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. This appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
