The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.9.2016 passed by the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in S.T. No. 294 of 1999 whereby the petitioner's prayer for examining the witnesses, particularly, the I.O. and the doctor, has been rejected.

It is very fairly submitted that the trial has already concluded. In that view of the matter, this application has become infructuous.

However, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all contentions in the appropriate
