The learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna by order dated 12.12.2014 in Matrimonial Case No.274 of 2007 has only directed that the application for amendment and another application filed by the petitioner for calling the marriage registered shall be dealt with in the judgment as both the parties have concluded their evidences and even argument of the respondent has been closed.

Therefore, admittedly, since the applications are pending and according to the Court below, the same shall be dealt with in the judgment, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order as it will neither occasion failure of justice nor the petitioner is in any way prejudiced because of the fact that it appears that admittedly, the evidence of both the parties have

Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
