Keeping in view the fact that the suspension of the petitioner has been revoked, now from the show cause filed by the respondents it is seen that after revocation of suspension, appropriate orders have been passed on 11.12.2014 and payment, as detailed in para 6 of the show cause, have been made with regard to arrears to the petitioner.
In view of the above, no further indulgence into the
Patna High Court MJC No.2077 of 2015 (3) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 matter is called for.
In case any grievance, according to the petitioner, is still subsisting with regard to the manner in which payments have been calculated and made, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to raise the same afresh in an appropriate proceeding. With the aforesaid liberty, the application is disposed of.
