JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Patori (Mohanpur) P.S Case. No. 19 of 2018 registered under Sections 304 B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence and serious nature of allegation made in the first information report that earlier also the victim was being subjected to cruelty for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry and the complaint was filed and after pretending a compromise to have taken place, the victim was taken to her matrimonial home and immediately thereafter,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29823 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 she was killed and hurriedly her body was disposed of, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
