2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2023 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the informant got information about illegal loading of sand and on search, one tractor trolley with illegal sand was seized and the accused persons were managed to escape. The local watchman disclosed the names of the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the statement of local watchman. Further submission is that petitioners are neither the owner nor the driver of the seized tractor. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners no. 3 and 4 have not got criminal antecedents of similar allegation.
5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
