The petitioner being the husband of the informant has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 341,323,504,506,498A and 494/34 of the IPC.

The petitioner earlier preferred Cr. Misc. No. 35854 of 2018 with a prayer for anticipatory bail wherein notices were issued to the informant O.P. No. 2 vide order dted 28.6.2018 on the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour and the petitioner has filed matrimonial suit for restitution of

No.30811 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/3 conjugal rights but after appearance of the informant, the petitioner left appearing and ultimately it was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no instruction. Hence, the aforesaid application was dismissed as not pressed.

Now, prayer for anticipatory bail has been renewed on the ground that the petitioner is ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour. The circumstances in which the petitioner left appearing in this Court and on submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no instruction, the application was dismissed as not pressed, this Court is not inclined to interfere.

However, keeping in view the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is still ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour, let the learned court below consider the prayer of the petitioner for regular bail without being prejudiced by this order, in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 150 of 2017 pending in the Court of the learned CJM, Gaya. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this
