Vide identical orders passed in Civil Review Nos.384 of 2011 and 385 of 2011 on 7.8.2017, the orders passed by a Division Bench of this Court on 16.5.2011 and 17.5.2011, in L.P.A. Nos.1518 of 2011 and 1502 of 2011 were recalled. The L.P.A's were restored to their original files and they have been directed to be listed for analogous hearing along with LPA No. 230/2011, 224/2011 and 298/2011 before appropriate Bench. Keeping in view the aforesaid, this application is also allowed. The order dated 16.5.2011 passed in L.P.A. No.1556 of 2010 is recalled. The said L.P.A. is directed to be
