====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 The only grievance of the learned counsel, Mr. K. K. Singh, for the petitioner that while allowing the review application by order dated 22.03.2014, the learned Sub Judge Ist, Motihari did not hear the present petitioner and further that without service of the notice on the petitioner heard the review application.

If this is the only grievance of the petitioner and if it is the fact, the petitioner may approach the Court below and file appropriate application for the redressal of his grievance but on this ground that the ex.-parte order has been passed, this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed with the liberty to move the Court below.
