This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 8228 of 2018. It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that inadvertently, the father's name of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned in bail petition as "Rajendra Singh", whereas it should have been "Gajendra Singh" and due to that, same mistake occurred in the cause title of the order dated 05.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 8228 of 2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in father's name of the petitioner in the bail petition.
Accordingly, this modification application is allowed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34915 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 to the extent that father's name of the petitioner in the cause title of the order dated 05.03.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 8228 of 2018, in place of "Rajendra Singh" be read as "Gajendra Singh".
The time for surrender of the petitioner before the court below is extended by further four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. In the even the petitioner surrenders within aforesaid period he will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 05.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 8228 of 2018.
Let this order be communicated to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 127 of 2017.
