It has been stated by the learned counsel for the State that the order of transfer of petitioner dated 06.12.2013 was challenged in this writ petition as petitioner was transferred from Vigilance Department to General Police.

It has been further submitted that the petitioner is going to retire this year in April 2018, as such this matter has become infructuous.

Considering this fact, this Court also finds that the matter has become infructuous as the petitioner is likely to retire in April 2018.

There is no reason in keeping this writ petition pending in this Court.
