2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 380 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and opposite party no. 2 has since solemnized second marriage with one Om Prakash Kumar, son of Bindeshwar Singh, resident of village Mohiuddinpur Post Vasuhar, P.S. Punpun, District Patna and is now living with the said person. The petitioner has always remained ready to keep the opposite party

4. Despite issuance of notice to opposite party no.2, none has entered appearance on her behalf nor she is represented when the matter is called today.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 28.07.2015 pending in the Court of Sri D.K. Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 380 of 2014, is hereby confirmed.
