The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 272 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is specific allegation against co-accused Mahesh Yadav. Further submission is that on perusal of the Annexure-2, it appears that there was inimical term between the parties due to land dispute for which Title Suit is also pending. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

Case No. 272 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
