The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajaun P.S. Case No.507 of 2017 registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner looted away rupees three thousand from possession of the informant on the point of pistol, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
