Letters Patent Appeal No.534 of 2015 In Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 4077 of 2010 ====================================================== Rajdeo Singh .... .... Appellant/s
Versus
The State of Bihar & Ors .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Appellant/s : Mr. Prafull Chandra Jha For the Respondent/s : Mr. Kundan Bhadur Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 12-07-2017 For the simple reason that the benefit of the freedom fighter pension can only be allowed within the frame-work of the scheme and the Courts have no business to expand the ambit of the same by including other claimants merely because he feels his actions can also be deemed to be part of the freedom struggle movement action. The learned single Judge committed no error. The appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
