This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following reliefs:- (i) That the present criminal writ application is being filed in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the Superintendent Of Police, Munger as well as S.D.P.O., Sadar Munger, Investigating Officer, Mahila Police Station for proper investigation of the matter bearing Mahila P.S. Case No. 23 of 2022 registered for the offences under section 498(A), 341, 323, 313, 504, 376, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code; on the ground that despite of the filing the representations, dated

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.822 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 20.09.2022 and 13.03.2023, no medical evidence has been collected, there is no verification done with regard to the involvement of other accused persons.

(ii) That the present criminal writ application is a being filed in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Munger Sadar as well as other respondent authorities to provide police protection to the present petitioner and her family members in relation to Mahila P.S. Case No. 23 of 2022; on the ground that there has been threat of life to the present petitioner and continuous pressure being given to family members for compromise, despite of approaching to the authority concern, no action has been taken.

3. This application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds in the trial. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
