JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-08-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for a direction to consider the case of the petitioner for enhancing the age of superannuation/reappointment from 62 to 65 years, which has been done earlier in the year 2006, in respect to the age of superannuation of the teaching and non-teaching staffs of the University. The petitioner has further relied upon the case of Osmania University Vs. V.S. Mathuranjan, reported in 1997 (2) PLJR 52.

The petitioner is directed to make a representation before the Vice Chancellor, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara within a period of 30 days, which shall be disposed of within a
