The onus is upon the petitioner to produce the no dues certificate or at least accounts for the advance taken to the extent of Rs.8,27,734/- while he was acting as Incharge Headmaster of the school. Till the accounting is done, obviously, the benefit of authorization of pension, gratuity etc. cannot be derived. The ball is in the court of the petitioner now to sort out the dispute.
