The present petition is directed against the order dated 12.08.2015 passed in Miscellaneous Case No. 109 of 2009 by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sitamarhi whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay a sum of Rs. 2000/- per month as maintenance to the opposite party which includes the maintenance for the children as well.

No good ground has been made out to interfere with the order granting such a paltry amount as

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.93 of 2016(3) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 maintenance to the opposite party.

The petition is dismissed.
