In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 259 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 302/201/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation, the petitioner was married to the victim girl, later on, the petitioner again entered into marriage with another girl. It has alleged that the victim lady was being tortured by her in-law's family. The Informant received a phone call that her sister has died and before they could reach there, the dead body of the deceased was disposed of and the members of the matrimonial family absconded from there. The petitioner is the husband of the victim lady.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26922 of 2018(2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the manner of offence, as alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Tinku Sao is rejected.
