2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023, lodged on 23.01.2023 under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, FIR has been lodged against 12 named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is an allegation that they have killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel also submits that the petitioner is devar of the deceased and reside separately. Counsel further submits that the husband of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32112 of 2024(2) dt.28-05-2024 2/2 the deceased is already in custody. Counsel also submits that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 07.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38941 of 2023.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 17.11.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 437(3) Cr.P.C.
