1. No one appears for the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the Magadh University, the Hon'ble Chancellor and the private respondent are present.

3. The matter was dismissed for default on 22.03.2023, however, upon restoration having been filed by the petitioner, the writ petition was restored vide order dated 19.07.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the private respondent and the University submits that this writ application is not maintainable having been filed against the order of termination of the petitioner from the post of "Accountant" by the Governing Body of a private college.

5. Since no body is appearing for the petitioner and on last

6. Accordingly, the application is again dismissed for default.
