The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 302 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Since the trial is at the verge of conclusion, I am not inclined to review the earlier order of refusal of prayer for bail dated 24.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7583 of 2019 a copy at Annexure-1 whereby the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused. The petitioner also carries allegation of commission of firearm injuries to the deceased.

Hence, prayer is refused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 15 of 2019 arising out of Chewara P.S. Case No. 06 of 2018.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37845 of 2021(3) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 The learned trial court is expected to conclude the trial within six months.
