The petitioners re apprehending their arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case nO.59 of 2018 dated 22.2.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of causing injury to the informant and others.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation and no specific allegation has been attributed against them, on the other hand learned counsel for the informant and the learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the injured has stated about the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27437 of 2018 (2) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 assault by the petitioners and four injuries are grievous on the person of one Ranjeet Singh and the informant has one grievous injury.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner rather let the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) chn/- U T
