The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Sessions Trial No. 658 of 2019 arising out of Manjhi P.S. Case No. 254 of 2019 for the offences under Section 304(B)/34 IPC.

Having regard to the allegation levelled against the petitioners, the Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The prayer is rejected. However, the petitioners, if so advised, may surrender and pray for regular bail before the Court below which shall be considered and disposed of on the same day by the Court below
