The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 295 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504, 506/34 IPC and 3⁄4 Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that during the pendency of this application, the petitioner has been arrested and as such the present application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of as infructuous.
