Patna High Court CWJC No.8445 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 petitioner, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 2, the Secretary Personnel, P.G. and Pension, Department of Pension and Pensioner's Welfare, New Delhi which will be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner along with admissible interest would be paid within two months thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post. Writ application is disposed of accordingly.
