This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Routa P.S. Case No. 97 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
