ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the State submits that there has been substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court and the payments have been made to the petitioner. The said fact is not denied by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. He, however, submits that the pay fixation of the petitioner is yet to be made, for

Patna High Court MJC No.430 of 2014 (9) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 which the Principal of +2 Project Girls' High School, Anandpur (Darbhanga), who is also the drawing and disbursing officer, has written to the District Accounts Officer, Darbhanga to make pay fixation, on 09.06.2017. However, there has been no response from his end. The petitioner, thus, prays that the said authority may be directed to issue appropriate direction. In view of the fact that there has been substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court and the authorities are taking necessary steps towards compliance, the present contempt application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for redressal of her grievances, if any, which shall be disposed of within two months, in accordance with law.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
