Learned counsel for the State points to paragraph - 6 of the supplementary show cause which goes to show that the

Patna High Court MJC No.4569 of 2014 (4) dt.21-07-2017 sanction of the residual amount has been made and payments thereof shall be made available to the petitioner within a fortnight. It, thus, appears that the order under contempt has been complied with.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of.
