====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Choraut P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that she was involved in theft of mobile and Rs.20,000/- cash. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and she has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R.. He also submits that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

No.28437 of 2020(2) dt.18-01-2021 2/2 petitioner, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari at Sitamarhi in connection with Choraut P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
