The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No.100 of 2016 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the statement made by the victim under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein she has not uttered a word against the petitioner who is her co-villager, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S. Case
