JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-11-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 103 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 323, 341 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the allegation against the petitioner is that she was facilitator in sex trade. Petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2019.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to her subject to the condition that the petitioner has to deposit Rs.25,000/- in cash. On depositing the amount of Rs.25,000/-, the petitioner, named

No.29339 of 2020(2) dt.10-11-2020 2/2 above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.103 of 2016.
