2. The present writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to close the three agreements owing to death of the petitioner's partner; and to release tender money and securities for three schemes along with 5% amount deducted from the bills.

3. At the very outset, this Court takes note that the petitioner has rushed to this Court without first approaching the authorities for redressal of his grievances. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to enter into the merits of the matter.

4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty

Patna High Court CWJC No.23569 of 2012 dt.18-10-2016 2/2 to the petitioner to first raise his grievances before the concerned authority who shall take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law.
