Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deoria P.S. Case No. 65 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 7 of the E.C. Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is of carrying solvent oil looking like kerosene oil in his tanker without having valid licence.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the tanker was loaded from Balajee Enterprises, Kodarma and was to be delivered to Kushi Nagar (U.P.) and the tanker contains solvent oil and petitioner is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on him, if bail is granted.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur, in connection with Deoria P.S. Case No. 65 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immovable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and further condition is that he has to co-operate in investigation otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
