JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 923 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 325, 447, 188, 186, 290, 353, 338, 307, 332, 504, 337 of the Indian Penal Code. Having regard to the materials available on record, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.

However, in the event the petitioner surrenders

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28424 of 2020(3) dt.15-03-2021 2/2 and pray for regular bail, the learned Court below shall dispose off the petition of the petitioner, preferably on the same day without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands rejected.
