Patna High Court CWJC No.4395 of 2015 (2) dt.29-03-2016 The petitioner questions the order dated 08.12.2014 passed by the Deputy Registrar in Election Case No. 136 of 2014 whereby the election case has been dismissed. Perusal of the order manifests that the challenge to the election of the private respondent was inter alia on ground that he has submitted a forged caste certificate which was not found to be correct and it is absence of any evidence led by the writ petitioner to support his allegation regarding forgery, that the election case was dismissed.
No cause for indulgence is made out.
The writ petition is dismissed.
